Lol ad casters do not build attack speed and critical chance, especially when none of their abilities proc on-hit affects. Your runes are also crazy dude. I don't know what your trying to do with this build. Sorry man, you don't know how to play pantheon.
Yes the runes are unreasonable I will change them, but this build works fine for me I will post a few of my scores as soon as I figure out how. And thanks for your opinion.

And his ult doesn't stun when it hits. I'm confused since you link the ability while you're describing it. It doesn't say anything about a stun. Wadafuq.
