Not Updated For Current Season
So a lot of people i talked to said it's nonsense to not take ignite with pantheon, because of the nerf of he's "e" a.k.a hearthseeker strike. But i think it's better because i brings the same solo-kill pressure as ignite, and in gives you more mobility since it'l be esier for you to get away from bad situations and avoid those death scenarios witch in other case you'll have with ignite. Flash is pretty self explanatory you take it because of Pantheon's lack of mobility.
Why i build this specific items with on Pantheon, is because i feel like he's a champion very fit too engage, but he's natural stats don't really let him so these items gives pantheon that needed "bulk" as well as damage armor pen. and cdr
Ability max order, and combos
Maxing q is pretty self explanatory, it's the most damaging spell (aside from his ult) in his kit, great for harass and finishing of running lane opponents. I max w first over e because of the cooldown, the stun is very usefull as well as it gives you another prock on he's passive wich is extremely usefull in trades, and 1v1's. The basic combo is w aa, e, q - this combo should be used when you're really ahead, and against squishyes. The next combo is w, aa,q,aa,e its a really simple max damage combo with 2 items you should one shot enemy adc or midlanners or at least come really close. The one-shot combo w,q(while you're still jumping),aa,e.
We take the ferocity tree instead of the cunning tree because of a few things:
1. The attack speed will let you trigger your passive faster
2. Gives over all more damage (thats why you dont take ignite because you have dff)
3. The ferocity tree is over all suited better for this build
Now when i showed my friends this build they said:
"why do you invest in the cunning tree? Wouldn't it be better to invest in resolve, because its a tanky build". Well the damage and the utility the cunning tree brings is better over all, remember we're building "tanky" (well, more bruiser like), because we can survive dives esier and engage, not because we're the tank (because patnheons stats aren't fit to be a tank its more damage)
We get armor pen reds and quints, because of the pure fact that pantheon now won't have a problem against tanks, we take precent health yellows, because health is still needed, especially int the late game when you'll have to engage, and lastly mana regen blues, because in the early game pantheon is really mana starved, and the blues not just give mana,but in return more pressure and harass in-lane
