So, you have you typical day in the life of Gerard Butler, walking through Summoner’s Rift or what have you. All of a sudden out pops a Warwic? What are you going to do? Well not to fear cause you are going to kick his *** down a well.

This is my own build for Panth. After playing with him for a while and seeing other builds, I developed my own build and it has worked for me so far. 90% of the games I play with this build I get the most kills in game and the most assists. In the 30 or so games I have played with this build I average 19-4-18

Items:

Start with Meki Pendant and 2 health pots. This allows you to toss your spear a lot to harass the hell out of champs or pick up last hits on minions and still have mana to do your combo at lvl 3. After a bit of farming and possibly a few champ kills depending on who you lane with, go back and buy the chalice and boots of speed. If you have enough to buy the berserker greaves, do it now. Otherwise go back to the lane and keep pushing them back.

After a bit of work in the lane, you can buy the greaves and the brutalizer. Now come some fun, as you should be at least lvl 6 and have your ulti. Drop in on some fools and score a kill or 2 but make sure your team knows what you are doing so they can help. This works well against a cocky mid who thinks it their lane. They are wrong, the entire map is yours.

After more farming and kills, go ahead and grab that last whisper. This will give you more armor pen, more attack speed and more damage. After the whisper you have a choice: Malidy or Starks. If another teammate has Starks already, grab Malidy. If not grab Starks.

At this point you should be working with your team to gank a lot and down towers. If there is a tower low and the other team is focused elsewhere, pop your ult and down the tower. Your attack speed will keep your passive up long enough for you to down the tower and run away to farm nutral minions for your health back thanks to life steal.

The bloodthirster or Infinity edge is based on your own preference. I usually get the bloodthirster to get more lifesteal, as you are attacking extremely fast. With your abilities you can easily take on a stacked Warwic 1v1.
As far as runes go I do not know what the best runes are for this build as I have not tested them out much. Let me know what you think. Constructive criticism is always welcome, especially if you think you can help me improve this.
