Papa has failed. Wrong masteries, summoner spells, alternate items, and especially skill sequence.
Actually those materies are fine support masteries, summoner spells are fine; heal is now meant as more of a support spell rather than one you take on an adc, items are fine, I have no problems, and the skill sequence? Really? He's maxing E because the slow goes up on it. The W doesn't increase any CC nor does the Q. E would be the best in a support situation. I know nautilus is not a viable support, but the build is fine if someone wanted to actually nautilus support. Runes are fine. You are supposed to bring two sets of armor runes when you are supporting, on almost all supports, especially melee ones because you will get kited and harassed immensely during laning phase. Anyone who doesn't fill up all their yellows with flat armor and at least half their reds with armor isn't playing support correctly. Fine guide.

It really isn't. you see him in some of the NA tournaments. (not saying NA is a really strong scene compared to europe or Asia but still) You should try it out. It is actually a lot of fun and surprisingly viable. :)
- Changing the Philostone into your Shurelya's so quickly means you haven't got a gp10 anymore. The big items you want to buy are going to take ages because you don't get any farm. You might want to get the Shurelya later in the game or choose for cheaper items (gp10 yellows is also an option)
-Ruby Sightstone as lategame item? Why would you do so. The upgrade gives you more health and one extra ward to place. this is an item you should get asap.
-GA on a support??
-Heal is not to be used for sustain. Heal is to save your allies or to win a fight.
Now something else. Why would you play Naut as support? Isn't he better in the jungle or toplane? Isn't Leona a much better kill lane support? Is Nautilus viable??
I must compliment you on the layout and coding though. You did put effort in it so I'm not going to downvote. I'm not upvoting either because there are some things you should really change/explain/consider. As it stands it isn't useful to anybody (yet).
1. Masteries - As a support, you need a bare minimum of 16 in utility, grabbing full Greed , Wealth , and the Explorer mastery. A typical tank support mastery page is 0/13/17, but if you choose to forgo Pickpocket (not crucial on melee supports) you can go 1/13/16 if running Exhaust, otherwise 0/14/16.
2. Summoner spells - Exhaust is way more useful than Heal considering that Nautilus support needs to get kills (for his ADC).
3. Skill order - this is the most serious error. EVERY Nautilus maxes W first. That skill gives you your damage AND durability. Maxing E first shows you don't know much about the champion.
4. Alternate items - It is extremely obvious that Guardian Angel is a wrong item choice on a support, whatever the situation. The other wrong item in the list is Spirit of the Ancient Golem. That is a jungler item.
Papa has failed. Wrong masteries, summoner spells, alternate items, and especially skill sequence.
Fair enough, but I would like to hear what you think is wrong about them, specifically. Just saying "it sucks" doesn't help.
And, as Ella said, and as was mentioned in the guide, this isn't a competitive build. It's just for fun.
