Hello everyone, I'm HG White
from EUNE and I love all marksmen + gnar <3. I still learn about league. I'll give you some tips/advices about Jhin. Maybe he is really hard to master, but after seeing this guide you should know what you're doing ^^. Also I have made this guide Gnar, The Top King.




















Pros

+ Very long-range poke
+ Always crit with 4th attack
+ Good traps
+ Good scaling
+ With criticals really good kiting
+ High damage
Jhin has got single target burst damage. Remember that crits give you movement speed. When you are reloding you can't attack so use spells to farm while doing this.




Cons

- Low mobility
- Can't do anything with basics when reloading
- Easy to catch
- Skillshots
- Paper
Jhin is hard to master champion. You can't last hit with basics while you are reloading so you have to spent mana.

Mastery Explanations

FEROCITY





Tier 1 - Sorcery - More damage from abilities.

Tier 2 - Fresh Blood - Increased damage against champions (11-28).

Tier 3 - Natural Talent - Natural Talent is good mastery as Vampirism . Life steal + Spell Vamp VS Ad + Ap. I think this one you can choose by yourself. I prefer this, cause you don't need that much sustain and more burst is better.

Tier 4 - Bounty Hunter - More damage for each kill (stacks to 5%).

Tier 5 - Battering Blows - 7% armor penetration.

Tier 6 - Deathfire Touch - Best mastery on Jhin, because it gives you higher burst and sometimes bleed from this mastery kills enemy.

CUNNING





Tier 1 - Savagery - Easier last hitting.

Tier 2 - Secret Stash - A little bit mana and health. Assassin isn't worth, because you'll be with support.

Tier 3 - Merciless and Meditation - Increase damage, but below 40% of enemy's health. Additional mana regeneration is good on Jhin. Using abilities to poke (or farming when basics reloading) spend mana so we need regeneration.

Tier 4 - Greenfather's Gift - Additional damage against champions. Yes you can take Dangerous Game if you prefer "kill sustain" than damage from brush.

Youmuu's Ghostblade

Some penetration and worth active - Gain +40% attack speed and +20% movement speed for 6 seconds. Attack speed gives you damage so you can use it before ult or just little bit more dmg and mobility.

Rapid Firecannon

Some crits and some attack speed = damage, a little more movement speed and range of basics. Also passive gives you more burst.

Lord Dominik's Regards

This item works very well on every single marksman, because of damage, penetration and more damage to champions with more health than you.

Death's Dance

In my opinion Death's Dance is better than The Bloodthirster if your teammates protects you properly. If they don't I recommend Mercurial Scimitar (against cc) or The Bloodthirster (against poke).

Infinity Edge

This item gives you ad, critical chance and good passive. Higher damage from crits (with this build 50% chance).

Boots of swiftness

Most pickable boots on spring lcs 2016. This boots help you with one of your cons - mobility. Without this boots Jhin can be caught easily. Berserker's Greaves is recommended if you wants more dmg and you have no problems with escaping. Ionian Boots of Lucidity can also help as cooldown or summoners spell cooldown.

We want to max out Dancing Grenade, because it's our main damage dealer. Also it hasn't got long cooldown so it help with last hitting while reloading. Then Deadly Flourish, because it allows you to make higher damage from range. We level up Captive Audience last because we don't need this that much.
