I appreciate your comment and understand what u mean, but after a while i understanded that
Ap marks just work beston pantheon better than Ad. About maxing HSS your 100% right, but it depends on the situation ur in, about close team mates and how many ur vsing, i didnt mention that on my build since i cant state every possibile situation this is just a waste of time and energy.

I hardly gave this a +1.The build is quite good but there are some bad points in your guide.

Just a simple advice.AP SUCKS on Pantheon.Only and uses it and its just NOT worth wasting Runes or anything else for AP
Also is not that nessecery and can probably be used elsewhere more effectively.
is a bad choice for even on solo top.There are many alternatives to ,like .
Maxing does not always work out.Especially against teams with heavy crowd control.
The only reason I gave you a +1 is because the build is fairly good.The guide needs major changes and you should make a complete guide if you want it to have more publicity.
