This is my first guide. And well, Kog Maw' is my favorite character and i have spent 144 games testing this build, and it never ceases to amaze me how good it really is. i will also have some videos linked in the description one i get them uploaded, Please TRY the build a few time before rating and leave some comments on what you think.

Please allow up to 3 days for me to get the videos up so i can demonstrate the the timing in action and as well as what items allow for what and how to counter and charge the enemy team. i believe that the most of the guild will make sense if it is put in video form for all of you.

Exhaust. Now I know what your thinking. Why get that? well exhaust has some huge benefits while on Kog, for example while your chasing someone down you hit them with exhaust and now they must submit to your awesomeness and just got nailed by so many attacks due to a 2.441 attack speed at end game. now there is also some other advantages like when your being chased you hit them with exhaust and it gives you time to hit your E and make even more distance. Or one of my favorite ways is going up against Annie, start running towards her (or whoever the target may be) and hit ghost. when you get close enough use your E. then hit them with exhaust and enjoy the easy kills. Ghost is kind of self explanatory, you can use it to get out of bad situations very easy combined with E accordingly or just use it as described above. TO GET IN THE FIGHT. Alternatives would be exhaust for clarity and ghost for flash, is there really any other choice. LoL

Items are everything when it comes to Kog Maw, i choose these ones for a reason and because they work for almost every situation that can be thrown at you. I also suggest getting them in the exact order as listed for ease of farming in this case, but if you would like experiment and see what you come up with, by all do what you will. Now i would also suggest replacing Infinity with Blood Thirstier if you would like to stay in the fights a little bit longer. or Exchange the BT for Hextech Gunblade, either items work fantastically for this build. but if you wanna see their HP bar Vanish try the fist way :D

Some of the pros to this build are that you have the greatest potential to murder the entire enemy team in one swoop if your team is working with you as well. You will also notice that this build is very good at farming minions and champ kills due to the attack speed combined with Bio-Arcane Barrage. Other pros are if you get BT and max out the life steel soloing Barron is a piece of cake.

Some cons are that people like to target you a lot so make sure to start out with a little more distance and use your tank as bait. if you go in at the wrong time you will die very fast and it will cause your team the fight without you. Also note that the timing of almost all of your attacks are critical so it is key not to miss or you might wind up dead.
