Guide Top

Basic rotation

Generally engage with Rolling Thunder. Then, either use majestic roar after the knock back to maximize your results. Sometimes you have to pop it before the knock back after a long chase to ensure you get it off. When fighting a touch opponent or engaging in a team fight Thunder Claws add a little umph considering this build doesn't incorporate a lot of attack damage. This build in specific ensure that you can punish foes ruthlessly with your frenzy because the spell scales with health. At level 12 you should have all your belts and it should hit a menacing 540 damage. and they shouldn't be able to kill you fore you will have around 4000 health.

Pros:
ridiculous survivability
heavy passive heal
can eat traps/skill shots
heavy frenzy damage
very strong early game

Cons:
late game low basic damage
difficult to catch up if you fall behind
should only really be used by experienced Volibear users
careful early game judgement (learn what you can handle)

Early Game

You should have at least 2-3 kills with 2 ruby crystals and a giants belt by the 6 minute mark. If you can complete the belts by lvl 12 it is pretty much a GG. With this build i have done early game tower dives successfully however beware and don't try it without your passive.

Late Game

Late game you are a meat shield who is also a terror under a turret. Your frenzies should strike fear into the heart of enemy ADC's. Also you should beware of what champions on the other team are fed. If they have a fed AP Yi for example stack some magic resist with a Spirits Visage.
