You want to try and secure as many kills as you can to build your mobility boots as fast as possible. If you're not getting first blood, you're not doing it right. By lvl. 10 you should have a full boots ans 2 zeals.

Just keep farming and build those zeals. If you're playing hecarim, you're going to screw **** up. You should be able to crit people down. They shouldn't be able to get away and try to ks as many kills as possible.

You should be the fastest in the game with 4 PDs, A shiv and a full boots. No one can escape your wrath now because if you didn't **** **** up, you should be invincible, Phantom Lightning.
