I also never got mejai's as I thought "oh I'll hardly ever get 20 stacks" but i couldn't have been more wrong. And getting all four abilities by level 4 isn't the end of the world either.... you just lose a tiny bit of damage. I cast nearly on CD (given the opportunity) so the extra damage makes for more kills and/or them having to go back thus getting us Free farm or an early tower kill.

I also usually have deaths on Lux as it's bound to happen. However those are normally early/mid game death where I am not completely Lethal yet.

Again appreciate the feed back <3's to everyone! And I did update the guide lol, I think I did a half decent job :P

6. Tried the Lich Bane and absolutely HATED it. Personally I found the more I tried to Active its passive the more I died this is speaking to late game specifically. Targets run around most targets you want to hit are the AD carry and AP carry which are almost always behind the melee so you have to get too close to the fight for my comfort. Also if you are in auto attack range you are in range for other spells that can lock you down and prevent you from being of any worth to your team. And honestly I hardly ever use the on use of the hourglass either. Im either in the position of, if I use it I'm dead just 2 seconds later or I hit it too late and im dead anyways LoL.

No hate my friend, love the constructive criticism and like to explain how I personally came to the conclusion on items in my guide. But how did you skip 3? I mean really?! :P

5. I know that you stated you swap that scepter out with other items based on the game, that is why I don't think you should state it as a permanent item in your build. Like.. some one who will read the guide who doesn't know much about the game will chose that item, even if the opposite team is full AD or something. Especially when there are better items. The only reason why I say Morello's is because you said you chose the scepter due to AP. (And the MR is okay, but a lot of the times not needed). Also it is good if something happens and you die after your majai's has been stacked 20. It happens. You wan't that rainbow on the lowest cool down possible :p. I'm not trying to change your opinion. I'm just letting you know mine :)

6. As far as Lich Bane goes, yeah.. I can see your point. As for me, I don't specifically go out to pop in the middle of team fights. It just happens. Its AMAZING when most of the enemy team has died and there is one or two running off, normally you can stun pop aoe pop and they are dead. I mean.. I do pop it in team fights but its not.. I don't know how to explain it... I've been playing Lux long enough where I don't even have to think about it. I just do it.


Oh, I do have another thing to add. You should explain your passive a bit more. Normally there is a section about the skills that the champions have and it explains each ability and how they work.


^_^ Its all about opinions though.
Your guide does need some love, its a good build.
Some BBCode, bigger icons and some pictures ^_^. (You can learn about how to do that stuffHere.)
I've just started to make guides too, I'm not the best at it but I just wanted to help you out :p.

Also a note on your aesthetics, you should try to add some formating (like centered text) and maybe some pictures or more advanced BBCoding.

Note that what I am writing under this is purely constructive critisisam I am not writing this to make you feel bad or anything.
1.The first thing that is bothering me with this guide is the chapter order.
You went from runes and summoner spells to pros and cons. Also that most of your chapters are lacking information, or some chapters are missing.
This is the structure I use (as well as many other mobafire members) and also a little something about what's supposed to be in them.
-Introduction/ where you introduce yourself and talk about why you made the guide and stuff like that.
-Pros / Cons/ you point out Lux's ups and downs.
-Masteries/ you explain your choices
-Runes/ also explain your choices
-Viable Summoner Spells + Less Viable Summoner Spells/ where you explain what they do and why they are/aren't viable on Lux
-Ability Explanation + Ability Sequence/ You explain Lux's abilites, some tips about them perhaps, as well as an explanation on why you chose the ability sequence in your build
-Items/ explain your item choices
-Gameplay/ explain what and how through early, mid and late game.
-Summary/ an ending note, special thanks if needed.
-Frequently Asked Questions/ optional
-Change Log/ the things you changed since you made the guide.
2.In cons you wrote : No real escapes
This is why your spell choice isn't good. You need either Flash or Ghost, you should switch Teleport or Clarity with one of those. Then in your guide in your viable spells chapter list Teleport or Clarity.
3.At the end of the farming chapter:
unless your with a ranged carry of coarse :P

Thanks for the +1 and to address your point I get where you are going but In my opinion that damage I can do with my snares and orbs will far surpass the "support" of shields on the ranged carry. Most ranged carries are squishy and don't have a ton of burst until level 5+. With snare that's more free time on a target which in turn makes them have to run or commit to an attack at which they are already at a disadvantage. 80 damage absorb is like 1 to 2 auto attacks early game and not even one solid spell cast either, and at 60 mana a pop I'm wasting mana. If they tend to engage my AD carry I will 9/10 land that snare and orb and get damage on them with my AD beating on them as well, putting us into a position to dive on my next cooldown rotation or recover and get some life leech off the minions.

Do like the comment don't get me wrong it is a way to consider playing Lux, however this build I guess is an Ap Carry build and even with "low AP ratios" I can still carry a team. Also late game I spam barriers nearly on Cooldown and they are a HUGE like i can't even explain how HUGE of a difference they can make in a team battle. I just hate when my team dodges the Shield Im trying to put on them >.<
