Not Updated For Current Season
The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
a Hybrid sivir that is based on her boomerang blade
since sivir's boomerang blade incorporates AD and AP into it, and has a relatively short cooldown to recast. I thought it would be interesting to become a poke tool in laning and function as someone similar to lux in a teamfight.
During teamfights, your boomerang should be spammed as much as possible, and have your ult on. this should help deal quite a bit of damage, while supporting your team. If you feel daring, then walk closer and richochet your boomerangs around them. Because of rageblade and gunblade, as well as lich bane, your autoattacks should do some decent damage, of course not tryndamere level, but enough to prove threatening.
this is basically a passive, support-like sivir that is based on living through teamfights because you are too far to be targetted and in the event that it doesnt go well, you can run away without being too heavily chased. you can defend turrets extremely well because your autoattack and boomerang blade should be able to clear the minions in a second, leaving your opponents just sitting there waiting for another to come so that they can get a few more tower hits in. if they actually decide to tank the tower, you can just autoattack them all and boomerang blade to deal some heavy damage, making all of them lower hp. if they try to attack you, pop your spell shield to run away without getting cced. by this time your team should be up to back you up.
I realize these explainations are kinda skimpy, but there really isnt much to talk about. The best way to get good with a champion is to incorporate your own ideas and playstyles into the champion. Generally the idea with this build is to spam your boomerang blade whenever possible and however often as possible, saving your clarity for emergencies, and harassing the sh*t outta your opponents.
THIS IS NOT A SOLO LANE BUILD, if you try to mid, you will not benefit as much as a more suited carry, similarly, you will be able to do ok in solo lanes, but your potential is mostly seen when you are with a lane partner and can harass your opponents and let your partner or jungle finish them off.
Have fun with the build
I can't say if this build is great in ranked or not, as I have only tried it in practice games. This is a fun build.
please rate the build, and not my very skimpy written guide haha =D
