Starting out going for sheen is the best option I've found. The extra mana at the beginning helps a lot considering she runs out so quickly without it. Sheen works great with Poppy because her Q procs Sheen before every swing.

Next go for boots. I used Ninja Tabi in this instance, but it's always situational. Pick what works best for the team you're playing.

I like the Bloodrazor. Put it together in whatever order you like. Personally I like the attack speed first followed by damage. The build to it helps you keep up early and mid game. Bloodrazor's really useful for those pesky tanks with all the health considering it does 4 percent of max health on each hit.

Trinity force is a good follow up. Good all around for everything. Stark's is next. It's not an amazing item, but good for team fights.

Honestly, after you get all this, if the game's not over then fill it in with whatever you want. I went with Infinity Edge (Crit/Damage), but you can fill it in with anything you want. Banshee's Veil, Blood Thirster, Frozen Mallet. This is just a basic good build. Yeah I know. It's a little expensive, but the items that build each contribute enough to make it worth it. GL HF

Comments are nice. I'm always trying to Improve. Votes are good too.
