So This is my take on poppy, She is very well all the way through in Dominion. I purchased her recently, played her a while. Not claiming pro, first guide, so feel free to CONSTRUCTIVELY criticize, or point out your opinion if you want :) thanks.

- I first start off with sheen, proceed on my first b, i grab me some boots, magic cloak if i can, Hextech, (i start with the pick axe) then finish that(the sword part)**KEEP IN MIND ITS ACTIVE, VERY HELPFUL**EVEN BETTER WHEN FINISHED!!!, then usually finish the boots(MTREADS), next finish hextech, Then get me a zeal, then finish into trinity, ASCEPTOR, IF YOU HAVE TIME DEATHCAP -or- DEF ITEM(MR/THORNMAIL OR *GA* is a nice choice)

-RUNES::** I FIND THESE VERY USEFUL - MARKS - MPEN , SEALS - DODGE, GLYPS - ASPEED or MR(per level i prefer) FOR QUINTS I PREFER THE ARMOR PEN, PUTS YOU AT A TRUE HYBRID-WISE AP/MP DODGE HELPS AND I PREFER THE AS, OVER MRES.

-SUMMONER SPELLS (GHOST, EXHAUST OF COURSE, STUPID TO CHOOSE OTHERWISE IN DOMINON, IMO... YOU CAN ALWAYS TAKE THE ONE POINT OUT OF ARCHMAGES SAVY IN MASTERIES AND PUT IT IN CRIPPLE , 6 AP ISN'T AS HELPFUL AS UPGRADED EXHUAST IMO.

-MASTERIES:: 21/0/9 or add a little 21/9 if ya want, i prefer the first with the magic pen
---*PS*--- DONT FORGET THE HEXTECHS ACTIVE!! CAN MAKE IT OR BREAK IT OR CATCH A FAR OFF KILL >;)
