Flash> Ghost. Triforce, W and Tier 2 boots are enough movespeed. With Flash you can escape over walls. So factoring all this in, I think Flash is better. Mention Exhaust in the recommended summoner spells section. It's a great way to lock down those AD Carries which you as Poppy, should focus. I know you put Shurelia's in the troll movspeed build but, it is a very viable item on her. It gives her crazy sustain and the CDR is really nice. And your team will love you for the movespeed boost. If you were to implement it, I would put it after Triforce and before IE. I +1'ed. :)
