Hello and welcome to my first guide for Poppy the iron ambassador. sorry there is no pictures my computer didnt like them so im sorry that there is a wall of text.
this guide is for everyone that love Poppy and think she is just awesome. In this guide ill show you the runes, masteries, items and why you should pick just these. so you guys know i got alot of good ideas from DigDug86 and his great build Your text to link here... (mine's better :P) but he have alot of good points in his gameplay. im sorry for my english but i think it will work. Well here we goooo!
Any damage dealt to Poppy that exceeds 10% of her current health is reduced by 50%. This does not reduce damage from structures.
this is a great passive and it says current health and not max health so the more you are hurt the harder it will be to kill you.
Poppy crushes her opponent, dealing attack damage (+60% of ability power) plus 20 / 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 and 8% of her target's maximum health in bonus damage. The bonus damage dealt cannot exceed 75 / 150 / 225 / 300 / 375.
Cooldown 8 / 7 / 6 / 5 / 4 seconds | Cost 55 mana | Range 600
this is were you have your greatest damage when maxed, and its a great follow up to your heroic charge.
Paragon of Demacia
Passive: Upon being hit or attacking an enemy, Poppy's armor and damage are increased by 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 / 3 / 3.5 for 5 seconds. This effect can stack 10 times.
Active: Poppy gains max stacks of Paragon of Demacia and her movement speed is increased by 17 / 19 / 21 / 23 / 25% for 5 seconds.
Cooldown 12 seconds | Cost 70 / 75 / 80 / 85 / 90 mana | Range 600
this is a great spell for the speed boost and the increased armour and damage, this is exactly what you need to pull up a champion against a wall and deal some nasty damage.
note: when you are attacking a turret put this on when you are about to hit it because the extra damage will help alot.
Poppy charges at an enemy and carries them for a short distance. The initial impact deals 50 / 75 / 100 / 125 / 150 (+40% of ability power) magic damage. If they collide with terrain, her target takes 75 / 125 / 175 / 225 / 275 (+40% of ability power) magic damage and will be stunned for 1.5 / 1.5 / 1.5 / 1.5 / 1.5 seconds.
Cooldown 12 / 11 / 10 / 9 / 8 seconds | Cost 60 / 65 / 70 / 75 / 80 mana | Range 525
this is the opener to the fight and remember for gods sake to hit the opponet ut the wall because it will not only stun them but also deal alot of damage, can be used for many things.
For 6 seconds, Poppy is immune to any damage and abilities from enemies other than her target.
In addition, Poppy's attacks deal 20 / 30 / 40% increased damage to the marked target.

one of may favorite ultimates it has so many uses i cant even count, the bonus damage is the next best thing but the fun is that you is imune to everyone else then your target thats amazing! a quick not who you should pick as the target in a teamfight, try to pick a target with as few disables as possible that means that you dont wanna fick someone like morgana or blitzcrank, but a caster with low mana or mordekaiser unless he goes dps wich is wery stupid of him. and then just take down the one with low hp wery important do not pick the target you want to kill because when you have killed the one that can attack you the shield wears of and there stands 4 hungry champions ready to rip of your flesh and crush your bones so kill the target and speed out with pargon
and there is nothing the poor guy can do about it.
The Legend of Poppy
While other young yordles would play skip-step and make wreaths out of braided posies, Poppy was earning calluses and grease stains in her father's armor shop. Blomgrun was a well-respected armorsmith, and he named his daughter for the sprightly sounds that accompanied the sparks leaping from his ever-burning forge. He was filled with pride when she was first able to lift his trusty hammer, Whomper. One day, Blomgrun was comissioned to create a glorious helm for a Demacian general. Word of the charge was leaked to the Noxian High Command, and two of their best spies ambushed Blomgrun's caravan en route. Though Poppy escaped with the helm, she helplessly watched as her father was slain. Instead of fleeing home, she carried the helm to Demacia alone. When the Demacian general saw the grim determination behind the tears in her eyes, the general requested that the leadership of Bandle City appoint Poppy as the yordle ambassador to Demacia. Soon after, seeking to crush Noxus with her father's hammer, Poppy volunteered for the League of Legends.
Poppy may be small, but Whomper - or her will - is not.
that was the story and it is wery sad acording to me but its just so awesome and i would be proud of her if i knew her. Next up is the item description wich im wery proud of.
i like meki pendant more then saphire crystal but its your choise it still coming to the same item tear of the godess and manamune. i like manamune on poppy because it solves her mana problems early and have a nice ammount of damage. i like to be fast in combat this is were the swiftness comes in not so much to say about this one. now we come to the killing time and the trinity force this is the most awsome item for poppy its like made for her, it makes her hit like a truck. here you need some kind of regen and jungling abilities so we can stay on the battlefield for a longer time later on you sell the vampiric scepter.
here is an free choise you can swich place on the nashor's tooth and phantom dancer i often get the nashors tooth because i have often a mage that needs the golem buff more then me but if you can get it and nobody is raging on you then go for phantom dancer first its a must for this build. the last item i have got once and when i got fed and its frozen mallet for a bit more damage the health boost and the permanent slow if you get the lizard buff alot then this item is swichable. well thats the items (sorry again for the wall of text). moving on to the masteries and summoner spells.
masteries and summoner spells.
as you see my masteries are a bit odd but it works really good (too me its not a must but i recomend it). and if you want to want to swich teleport to ignite then put the last mastery point in burning embers instead of the extra armour penetration. this makes us move on to the summoner spells, ghost is a must and is not swichable but if you dont like teleport ignite and exhaust is and okay offensive setup, flash and claricoyance is good for utility but someone else should have clarivoyane then the carry. for defensive cleanse is a good choise heal but its not so effective lategame.
for marks i use armor penetration for obvios resons.
seals are a clear choise for this build you as get 26,75 dodge chance wich items, runes and masteries.
cdr runes are Great for poppy as i like spamming my abilities.
quints are almost free choise but i like the flat healh the most.
