I agree with Xenasis on the part of madres but its not really to bad. but i would build it late game if i see to many hp stackers. its rarely a good iteam on ezreal. i personally don thin that manamune is a good item even if you can stack it. with trinity you should have enough mana and when you build a BV you can spam your spell with no haste. i go dorian>bots>shen>upgrade boots>trinity>the black cleaver then i build a BV or QS depends mostly on the other teams ap carry. i dont agree that AS on ezreal is bad, its just a little better with AD. if you build a madres and a blach clever. after utli in teamfights you should have around 1.9 AS so i see madreas as a item that isent to shabby on ez ..

The 4% is nothing, for a ~4k item, anyway. You would be much better off with more AD instead of that, especially when AS isn't all that great on Ez either.

The Bloodrazor gives Ez a 4% damage on his Q, and that can be spammed rather easily and if your a good shot, you'll to do alot of damage, so I don't see how a Bloodrazor could be that bad for Ez.

It is, but my point was removing the Bloodrazor (since that item isn't all that great anyway, and Ez isn't even an auto attack based carry, really) and putting your Banshee's Veil in it's place, where the Bloodrazor was. You just have no bulk until your very last item, which will be the majority of the game, which isn't good.

Banshee's Veil is BV.

What item is The BV? Not sure. And also, as Ez youll be using your Q all the time, so really the stacks will come very fast anyway.

Gave it a +1, but I'd recommend taking the Bloodrazor out of it, and having the BV in it's place. You really don't need it at that stage in the game, and as you said, "Once CC'd, your pretty much ****ed.", and BV stops you getting CC'd!

I'd also recommend getting your Tear before finishing your boots, so you get the stacks quicker and stuff.
