This is my first upload so play nice! The entire point of this build is to do maximum pwnage through survivability, burst, and tons of hard cc utilizing max cool down reduction, this build works well in any lane or in the jungle, i have played close to or over 1,000 matches with Leona using this build or similar one, trust me. . . it works.
