Not Updated For Current Season
The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
Hello community, this is my AP solotop lichbane Nasus guide. The idea of Nasus with LichBane came from my friend Kiebas. We tried it and it seemed to work, in next chapter i will try to explain why is it.
Why it may work?
1. Your q + LichBane proc is so big nuke.
2. Your passive lifesteal will also heal you for damage from your LichBane.
3. Because of that later on you can be really durable in teamfight as long as you will be able to Q enemies.
3. E does have 0.6 ap ratio so it will quickly become good wave-clear.
4. U benefit SOOOOO MUCH from both Zeke's Herald and WIll of the Ancients if your support will buy it.
I suggest armor penetration marks, because despite you're ap, you do mostly attack damage (q, lichbane). Armor+magic penetration is an option if you want to do more damage with e and ult.
Since you are solotop and most solotops are ad bruisers armor seals are really good.
Magic resist/lvl glyphs will make you more tanky in mid-lategame. You still need it, you're melee. Against ap/magic damage opponent on lane, take flat mres.
LichBane is must on AP Nasus, later you should consider buying Rylai's, Rabadon's, Void Staff depending on what you need.
Items that may be viable:
Last Whisper (again, q and lichbane do attack damage),
Ninja Tabi - you will sometimes need it for laning,
Merc Treads - tenacity is often a must,
You max q first like on normal bruiser Nasus, second e, but remember to level up your w on 3/4 level. It's one of the best CCs in the game.
Ghost because of Nasus' mobility problems.
Teleport for more Q farming, helping team with dragon/baron, splitpushing and much, much more. Teleport is underestimated summoner spell.
You can also take:
Flash - must have against for example: Jarvan,
Heal - The heal baits man. Stacks well with ult's heal,
Exhaust - It's powerful against both magic and attack damage dealers (in teamfights you use it on enemy who hurts your team most or use it to chase someone down), also good for baiting,
Ignite - for taking the kills early/against healing based champions like Mundo,
Cleanse - against HEAVY cc.
Kepp in mind that it's an EXPERIMENTAL build. Share your opinions and thoughs in comments section.
