Hi !
This is a another guide for Lucian and i think this build (Ezreal style) is strong. I don't speak very good english i hope you understand what i said.

What about Lucian ?

Lucian is a multi-purpose AD Carry, he can be played mid either in botlane as usual. Lucian also has a voucher of push with ultimate sound and sound Q spell, also Lucian is very good at duel thanks to sound passive but the nerf which he received lower his capacity to duel but rest very good at holding of lane as well as at phase of siege. Other weak point of Lucian is its range but it is compensated with a possibility of escape (sound E) and of Dps (passive, Q spell and ultimate).

Cons

- No utility
- Low range
- Manavor (in early game)

Standard setup for AD Carry. Attack speed quints it's very good for early game and for duel the other AD Carry. Armo seals are good for add a little tankines against minions or ad enemy's. Magic resist glyphs are good for add magic resist for take fewer damages of the poke of enemy support.

Lucian's passive is very strong for duel and poke in laning phase. In laning phase use your Q spell and try to make your 2 shoot on enemy.

Lucian's Q spell is strong for poke in laning phase, he had a good range for make dammage on enemy. Also Q spell is the Lucian's spell who make the more dammage.

Lucian's W is now very low because he don't have a ad ratio anymore.

Lucian's E is strong for replacing you in teamfight or engage a duel against enemy's ad carry, but in early he cost so much mana.

Lucian's ultimate is a very good ultimate in teamfight if you are well placed for make strong damage on enemy, but ultimate's shoots are lower than auto attacks.
