Not Updated For Current Season
this is my first build hope you enjoy. sorry if its not to good (please don't troll)
this a guide for two of my favourite characters, pantheon and olaf, i will note that im not a hundred percent sure of the panth build but im sure of the olaf build, please post suggestions.
now building pantheon full Ad is bad and the same with olaf, trust me.
now with pantheon armor penetration is NEEDED you will all in all just do more damage so yes very good on pantheon, health yellows means you can take more punishment than people expect, magic resist blues are hugely useful because you will have a banshees only as magic resist so a small buff eary and later is a big help. Ok now quints, with your quints you might think mixing them up is bad, the reason i mix them up is: two penetration quints means you deal even more damage, only one health quint because of a large reason: they cost alot...
penetration reds because there isnt much else there that is good for olaf and it means you will do alot more damage. armor yellows because they are cheap and you will not end up getting much armor in your game. magic resist blues are essential you don't get any magic resist throughout game so they are needed quite alot.now i get a mix because you need armor health and magic resist so get one of each quite simple really.
simple they are the same for both characters so it is a very simple reason they both need defensive attributes. not to much to say really.
now i know how to build olaf like a master as shown in the above guide now if they ahave alot of ad carries you can switch sun fire for thormail or swap starks for FoN. Ok now frozen mallet is bar none the best item EVAR for olaf he needs a bit of damage and lotta health, and that slow :D well its amazing no questions...
meki pendant (and pots) is amazing it means you can harass occasionally in lane and out of combos later on in lane. also it means if you blow all your mana on spells just sit round and wait. now i will point out that you sell chalice when you think you don't need it anymore and then build those high damage things, like infinty edge and bloodthirster.
Skill Sequence (pantheon)
OK pretty simple max your heart seeker strike soon as you can then spear shot then leap, not to hard to remember.
Skill Sequence (olaf)
Ok again pretty simple stuff max reckless swing by lvl 9 and then vicious strikes then undertow. again not very hard.
Summoner Spells (pantheon)
there are many choices you can quite easily swap exhaust for cleanse and then grab the respective mastery for it, you can swap exhaust for flash also because you are very squishy get away spells are hugely needed so flash works well, but trust me on this keep ghost always because it is awesome for chasing and getting away from fights.
Summoner Spells (olaf)
other choices? from exhaust and ghost, well isn't (for me) the exhaust means you can shut someone down if they 1v1 you in any stage of the game and chase anyone down along with frozen mallet. and ghost has quite amazing synergy with his ultimate ghost plus not being disabled is just scary when in a team fight.
Summary (for both)
Olaf and Pantheon are uniquely different but in some way the same because of their defensive needs, so all in all two of my characters with a convincing build for both characters.
