This build is for hardcore teemo players who know how to harass very well early game, use their shrooms to kite and stay alive mid to late game, and melt away the enemies hp even in late game. You may die a few times either way but that world taunt teemo seems to have will have make people greedy and want to chase you into your forest of shrooms where they will meet their demise!
