Last hit minions until around 20-25 minutes, or until team starts grouping up, then join them for teamfights. Whenever a tower or teammate is in danger and you can help, teleport. Ghost + W to escape or chase. Try to have around +100 on your Q by 20 minutes, then by 30 minutes have +200, and so on. Dont farm when your team needs you, though.
