In this guide I'll be teaching you how to play Jarvan as an over achieving AD/DPS champion. I will teach you many tricks, and how to build, farm, and play Jarvan.

I go Armor penetration runes for my Marks and Quints. For my seals I go armor and for my glyphs I go attack speed.

In Masteries I go 21/9/0 for more efficient attacking late game, because you will be able to stand up to any AD Champion later.

When fighting with Jarvan I go with this usual combo:

Q -> E -> Q -> W -> E -> Q -> R (If enemy at 300-500) -> Finish off with E -> Q -> W -> AA

For Summoner Spells I like to go Flash and Ignite for quick get aways, better ultimate placement, and finisher.

In team fights as AD/DPS Jarvan you want to use your E -> Q combo a lot and just shield when enemies are escaping. Try aiming the squishies or the really heavy hp characters because of your health % reduction.

Farming with Jarvan = piece of cake
Just use Q to lower minion health then finish them off E and auto attack if they're still alive. Try last hitting as well.

With Jarvan smart casting is very useful. If you know how to smart cast (Hold Shift+*hotkey*)
you should use it with Jarvan a lot. I like to smart cast with the E and Q combo it is very helpful with quick escapes because pressing E and finding a destination takes too much time.
