I ALWAYS recommend taking exhaust as a summoner spell as with this build you hardly have any movement speed and the enemies can get away very easily after your stun runs out. Flash is also useful to get in and take the last hit on Teemo just as Caitlyn is charging her ulti on him. We dont like kill stealers in Ranked games.

You want to start building a Phantom dancer as early as you can, this item is pretty cheap and you want at least 30 of them by around the 30~40min mark. After your 10th Phantom Dancer, you want to swap to building Bloodthirsters as you probably wont be level 6 at this time and you will need the additional life steal to keep your farm up.

You want to take your stun first so you can stun the enemy and hit them. When you level again you want to take your E ability so you can get your Hp up when you farm (See Farm guide section). After that you want to get a point in R continuously till 18 to get the max attack speed and life steal.

After played about 2-3 games with this build against bots you should be ready for Ranked play.I take this build for the majority of my Pro ranked games I play as it has a great success rate and I usually end with decent stats. I will generally keep the build exactly the same as it is on this guide although When I chill with Moscow 5 I generally buy a few more Phantom dancers into the build so I can get a bit more attack speed and crit chance.

Farming is essential to get the little money you need for this complex build. If you hit the enemy when they have low hp you should get the last hit assuming you have the AD runes i suggested you put on. farming is also good to get your E ability up, I generally stack it to about 50k hp before I leave the lane and help my team mates.
