If you have boots, sunfire cape and thornmail it's GG you win. No one is going to harm you anymore. Go proxy with toplane with those items. When ahead (what you probably will) go into their base and sit afk tanking 2 minions waves at once. They wont hurt you since you reflect damage and deal damage.
