Twitch is by no means a top tier hero, but i think it can help people wanting to improve on their KDR or K+ADR. Because you need to be aware of how much damage you can do at what stages of the game.

To start with you need to know the amount of damage you can put out with Twitched at low levels. His passive is true damage stacks up to 6 times, which you can refresh on attack. Combine that with Exhaust and Ignite and you have have strong damage over time in the lower levels.

Normally at level 1, if i see an enemy hero at 300hp, i know i can kill them with a team mate and sometimes even alone. If we have not killed someone mid/top lane by the time i am level 4, they are being very defensive.

Secondly is always play it safe above everything else. Let the kills come to you with people over extending and watch for lane fights you could stealth in to scoring quick easy kills.

Thirdly, Twitch currently is not very good late game unless left free to AOE the enemy heroes with good team coordination or you are Snowballing.
