Introduction

Hello everyone! This is my first guide, i tried my best so i hopeyou will enjoy it as well as find it useful! Since i play this game I have heard from everybody that: "AP Kayle sucks, build her as hybrid!" But why? I mean all of her abilities are scaling from AP and the little bonus attack damage helps you when you use your E but it scales from AP too and because of Q scale 1.0 from AP its better to have more AP instead of a little bunch of AD (and getting more AP is easier than getting more AD). This build shows you the way how to play Kayle at (solo) top, where you can be a beast. As i wrote it in the title its a very funny build with a lot of potential.

Runes

I think Mpen and AP runes explains themselves. I picked armor seals because you want (have) to play Kayle as a Solo top champ with this build and there you face AD champs in most case. You can change them for mana regen seals if you prefer them and/or change the glyphs for Mres (if you face swain or kennen or any other AP solo top).

Masteries

Masteries are almost the same as for an AP carry but i picked some AS aswell to enchance my E damage. The few points in defense tree is just some cosmetic for the survival chance. This build is focusing on damage so thats the reason for the very offensive mastery.

Items

The key part of the build is the Nashors tooth. You benefit from evry little bonus of this item . The rest of the build is aiming for max damage. Nashors and Rabadons are the "musts". For boots you can either choose Sorcerers shoes or Mercurys treads if you want more survivality. Another optional item is Malady. It helps your passive and with this item and Void staff you can almost do true damage to enemies even with significant Mres. If you want to be more tanky you can buy Zhonyas hourglass and Abyssal scepter. If you want some AD to feel yourself hybrid you can buy Guinsoos rageblade because of the good on-hit-scaling in AP and AS. But I prefer Will of the ancients and Rylais crystal scepter because they give more chance to survive, better chasing ability,and this spell vamp helps you a lot in teamfights aswell as between fights when you are farming.

Skill sequence

You have to max your E first because in early game without full (or at least semi-build)hurts the most and it helps you to farm from a safe distance. Taking one point at W early helps you to keep up with enemies. But I always leave it at rank one until only this remains because firstly you are a DPS so after maxing E you have to max Q. The ulti is the butter-and-bread. With your ulti you can easily turret dive at lvl 6. Just flash in Q-E-R hit with E (ignite if it doesnt kill your target) and when your ulti ends just use your W to minimize turret hits damage and fly away in peace.

Summoner spells

Flash is very good because of the mentioned turret dive. And ignite helps you to secure the kills and I love to see my enemies running away with ignite on them and hoping they will survive.
