It Was Done On Summoner's Rift Due To Size and i said rammus had that much cause my buddy went from stairs in mid at our base to Stairs in mid at thier base in under 5 seconds in powerball i click on him as he passed me ans it was something like 1256 or something but if you have ways of making more speed come out of this then be my guest and tweak these ideas cause i just know he was hauling lol
by the way ghostblade on activation only added like 30 more movement speed it wasnt enough to be that much better i mean it only added 5% percent more on an item activation where as this was no item activation
