Well I'm not good with English so it will be short xD
In the beginning i choose Doran shield because its very good for start
(100 hp health regeneration and 10 armor)Keep you more time at lane

I got masteries like that and all was ok

Mercury treads are the best boots of all boots xd ( told ya my english ) :D
Sunfire cape is great item ( armor , health and damage per second xd it could save your life sometimes )
Force of nature Good item against Annie, Brand and Malzahar for example ( very much mr , movement speed and health regeneration )
Warmog armor With that item u are almost immortal xd
Frozen heart Good item vs master, xin, jax and gives u additional mana :)
(cd reduction, mana, and armor)
U can take banshee veil instead of frozen heart it depends of enemy team :)

Take solo top . Last hitting is very important

Teleport and clarity
Well i took it and I was pleased
Clarity keep u more time on the lane
Teleport help you when your turret is under attack

When the fight begins use Vangeful maelstorm and use twisted advance on most dangerous enemy
Your combo can hurt without ability power and keep vangeful maelstorm during the fight and use when u see your team at low life :) it should help to kill your enemies
