Hello ! I am main Jungler , however it got a bit boring for me so I decided to try adc. However, everywhere on the internet people are blaming that in 2017 are very WEAK and useless. There are lot of videos, pictures, famous players comments that mid ant top laners are too much OP for ADC and sometimes even with perfect kitting they make "NONE" damage and are killed in seconds. Im thinking about just playing Vayne and Lucian at the time, I Think that when you master them, it is pretty interesting and you can make some great plays too. What you think about that ? Also , I wanted to ask about your build , should I buy items in that order which is shown on your build ? I Mean , first Black CLeaver and the last item Infinity Edge ? Also , what do you think on that all bloody thing about adc's ? Are you still able to carry games with them if mastered well and even then when your team might be throwing. Because You know, when your all team is just way better and all are fed, it is easy to play and win with every role or champion, but I am asking when your teammates are behind, good vayne and lucian are able to carry or no ? Lucian has been my favorite champion since his release but after the repeated nerfs, I haven't been finding much success with the essence reaver crit build. Tried this build out for a couple of games now and I really like it! Thanks!

A few questions:
Do you always go rapid fire? and if not, when would you go shiv/pd with this build?
After the recent fervor of battle buffs, do you think it may be better then warlords in some matchups?

Also with only 20% Cdr coming from the black cleaver, what are your thought on using 10% cdr in blues to help reach the 30% like before (40% if cdr boots)?
