That is debatable mao snare cant be very helpful the only thing is i dont think on this team it is because you dont have the nuke dps to do it thats just me

No such thing as a "perfect team". It all depends on how the enemies appear. What if the enemy places an anti-caster at mid and top? What if they have a roaming Alistar that screws up Twitch? Wards? And one major thing to note is that junglers should be prioritized over roamers. A typical team composition would be

Jungler - Usually Main Tank or Offtank
AD Squishy Carry
AP Squishy Carry
Support
Whatever leftover from the jungler, Main tank or offtank.

One thing to note is that there is absolutely no hard CC on this team. [ Nasus slow, Mao snare, Twitch slow, Karthus slow, Garen silence ]

a bit weak you have garen who is tanky no need to take nasus twith who will ks everyone karthus wont get fed not doing the damage you want him too and mao is an offtank to many bulky people not even solid dps

if this happens for example, this game change:

Twitch go mid alone, and Karthus go top with Maokai, and the game continuous....
i never see Karthus doesn't a good job mid, probaly the player not play very well (smell like noob....lol....just kidding);
Or Maokai a good mid too, but only under the ally tower.

But if the gank, with Twitch not sucess, he go with Maokai top and the game continuos and Karthus stay mid.

I don´t think this team will work all time,if the other team pressure, this strategy probably fail.
If the kartus not sucessfull mid for example.
And let maokai alone,he will become easily ganked.
