Please do note guys i have not been able to test the new Soraka yet (given that Talon is just so awesome) therefore this build may not be viable...

I think you should replace the Rylai's with a Rod of Ages since it gives more health and the same AP, but I like where you've gone with this build

Doesn't warrant a down post, however.

I normally see people having a build (not found the time nor the hero that I like and play enough and is missing a guide similar to mine) answering suggestions aswell, with either something like "thank you" or results for testing the criticism, trying to improve their build. I know not all people do it, but to let people know that their build is being updated and that you appreciate their help is always nice and shouldn't be ignored.

sorry if I wasn't clear, I did want to tell you that you still have too much cdr, not too little. The tome grants 20 % cdr, as mentioned earlier you get 34% before the tome.

34+20-40 = 14

14% cdr that should be changed to something else, since you won't benefit from it.

Actually it's not good enough, since you got 9% from masteries.

This means that you get 9% + 15% + 10% = 34 % after soul shroud, even without 20 stacks. This means that 2/3 from the cdr on the tome is lost.

I'd personally suggest either a spirit visage if you get focused, or another aura item if you wanna help the team even more.

Well then maybe Focus glyphs? I personally have those.

Iam sorry if this sounds rude, but you have over caped cooldown reduction by over 9000. Cooldown reduction caps at 40%.

exept for that, the guide was ok

ill +1 it if you redo your thinking of items and runes.

Honestly, i did not know that there was a cap. I put as much CDR in as possible and hoped for the best; im not great on statistics.

45% cdr by items and still cdr runes? u know there is a cap ?

I didn't know there is a cap; however i think i'll redo the item building due to the fact that most people won't reach past item #4. Also, i don't count on anyone getting 20 stacks of Soulstealer.

===Edit===
Alrighty, i changed it around. Once Evil Tome is reached, CDR is max. Glyph, masteries, and boots + evil tome make up the CDR. The rest of the runes now give AP.
