Can't hook? Use strategy

This build is mainly about the major advantage that offer microing abilities while playing Blitzcrank. Most people think blitz as a tank, which he can be, but this is not the point of this build, since the author think that, with some mana, he's a natural tank. We'll use the quick-initiation-then-flee-and-repeat-after-28-seconds technique.

Laning

As the first skill, I suggest leveling punch asap for farming and harassing. Early, in the beginning of the laning phase, never go in the bushes. You won't have enough damage and you will probably waste your potion for a weak chance of killing an ennemy. Convince your ally to not initiate before level 3, since you won't have overdrive (run/chase). At level 3, try to hook in the tower or simply harass with your punch if possible. You'll want to wait for an opportunity to initiate and allow your ally to kill while you disable and deal some damage. At level 6, you can go in, punch, overdrive, hook him back then ult. This simple combo, while microing, will devastate every single opponent. There's some heroes you don't want to face though. Rammus is probably one of them, and the worst, followed by the anti-hook heimerdinger turrets. Be careful of leaps and dashes.

Get Sheen asap, you'll love the multiplication of your crit runes, the punch and sheen effect. With manamune, your punch crit will do around 500 damage to an individual opponent. When your get infinity edge and trinity force, your punch will do around 1250 damage. Have fun.

Initiation ideas

Since I got bored, here's some strategy you can use mid game:

Use flash to gank, punch, overdrive, hook back and ult.
Use flash to hook and disable then go back so your team mates can devastate him. Use your ult when ennemy is low hp if it is Tryndamere, kayle or any leaper (will they stop adding shield and leap heroes?).
Overdrive and chase an individual opponent so he think you will hook. Punch him or wait until he get near a wall, makes easier grab.
Always use the effect of sheen, if you use overdrive, normal attack right after hooking, do the same with your hook but make sur to be quick since the hook stun is really short.
Never chase longer than 2 seconds and never do it in towers.
Make unusual moves so you surprise the ennemy.
In team fights, don't just fight, use your skills, flee then come back in when your punch/ult is up.
