Hello guys welcome to my build !! Panetheon - The red neck
Panetheon is one of the most damage bursters in the game as everyone knows panetheon is a melee but it doesnt meen he cant go mid since all his attacks can be used from far range ! i personaly like to go mid with panetheon farm faster, lvl up faster to get my ult and start ganking !
I will start with these :

Pros and Cons
high damage burster
Great creep farmer
Easy to play
high cool downs
No escape mechanism
could get squishy in late game
What u can get :
Very good to jump in last hit and run away and its used to escape but i prefer ghost
I rlly like this spell i almost use it for every champ i play i feel like its soo much better than flash since it stays for a long for instance if ur following 2 ppl tht are low health and ur using ghost u can get them both and go on but if ur using flash you will get the first guy and not the second !
Very good if u wanna pick up first bloods at mid
This is wat i ussualy use to get escaping ppl who can escape and heal like master yi his fast and he has meditate !
Never to get :
There is rlly no point if this move if ur not gonna jungle
personally i dont like exsaughst ! ( i feel like its gay on pan ) just my opinion
If ur not a tank this wont be usefully
its good to jump in back to fights wen dead so ya u could pick this ! all credit for summoner spells goes to Knarvik !
I would like to start withto make my 'Q' skill do extra damage i keep leveling till lvl 6 thats wen i go back and buy boots of swiftness for awesome ganking but remmember wen u go back from mid dont forget to go back without them seeing you as u go back buy boots and use your ult to anyone whos low health or u can get mid after i get a few kills i go back and getwhich gives me armor penetration and damage !
Now with the bigger items and why i get them :
I get sword of occult if im playing rlly good or if im atleast 1/0 i get it if ur team is feeding dont get sword of ocuult !
Very good item gives mee High attack damage and good lifesteal
After u get 2 blood thristers u go on and buy yummus ghost blade
and finnaly buy the last blood thrister tht will late u to 2 vs 1 anytime !!
Greater Mark of Strength
For marks i get attack damage so my 'Q' ability will do very good damage at early game
Greater Seal of Strength
For seals i also get attack damage for the same reason as Marks but its just an opinion u guys might have other opinions for seals
Greater Glyph of Furor
I get crit damage because my 'E' grants me a passive tht if an enemy is low health i get to crit
Greater Quint of Desolation
I get armor penteration so i can do max damage to any dps or tank
The sequence is rlly simple !!! its Q-W-E very ezy u should always harras with 'Q' but remmeber lets say u wanna gank this is wat u doo R-W-E-Q its very simple !!

MY OWN PERSONAL TF BUILD !
Throws three cards which deal 60 / 110 / 160 / 210 / 260 (+65% of ability power) magic damage to each enemy unit they pass through.
Cooldown 5 seconds | Cost 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 mana | Range 10000
Good move at late game but wastes so much mana so i reccomend not to get it before lvl 6
Pick A Card
Cast once to shuffle the deck and again to choose your card, enhancing your next attack.
Blue Card deals 30 / 45 / 60 / 75 / 90 (+40% of ability power) bonus damage and restores the bonus damage in mana to Twisted Fate.
Red Card deals 30 / 45 / 60 / 75 / 90 (+40% of ability power) bonus damage plus his attack damage to units around the target and slows their movement speed by 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50%.
Gold Card deals half the bonus damage of Red and Blue Cards (+40% of ability power) and stuns for 1 / 1.25 / 1.5 / 1.75 / 2 seconds.
Cooldown 5 seconds | Cost 40 / 55 / 70 / 85 / 100 mana | Range 200
This is one of the most important moves for tf since the Red card does AOE damages and the gold card stuns them and the blue card gives you mana back soo it keeps you longer at mid and not goo back
Passive: Every 4 attacks, Twisted Fate deals an additional 55 / 80 / 105 / 130 / 155 (+40% of ability power) damage.
In addition, his attack speed is increased by 3 / 6 / 9 / 12 / 15% and his cooldowns are decreased by 3 / 6 / 9 / 12 / 15%.
Cooldown 90 / 75 / 60 / 45 / 30 seconds | Cost 80 / 70 / 60 / 50 / 40 mana | Range 25000
This is a dominate move, thats why I get Sword of divine early at game so stacked deck and sword of divine will be rlly good damage
Reveals all enemy champions (including stealthed champions) for 6 / 6 / 6 seconds.
While Destiny is active, Twisted Fate can teleport anywhere on the map.
Cooldown 130 / 110 / 90 seconds | Cost 150 / 125 / 100 mana | Range 25000
This is why you get extra gold lets you kill wounded people and even stealthy wounded people, another good case about it is that you can use it if the enemys have been missing for a certain time you could use it too see where they are if they are at baron or any other place.
