The cheat sheet needs some cleaning up and the items you get aren't too good.Boots of swiftness are outclaseed by the cdr boots and attack speed boots.You also dont get infinity edge which is needed for any ad carry.Rushing last whisper isn't the best option considering the opponents won't have much armor and getting last whisper and black cleaver is bad.You should get flat ad quints for easier trading in lane and last hitting.Clairvoyance is a bad summoner spell even if you can snipe people with your ulti easier, but without say ignite or heal you won't be able to win fights in lane.

Black cleaver AND last whisper? Boots of swiftness WITH swiftness quints? This build needs some work, lacks damage, rushing a last whisper never a good idea. Your an ad caster, yet you delay all of your items for that last whisper...

For a "highly detailed guide" I feel like this isn't that detailed, I suggest explaining laning/teamfighting. Most of your current explanations are rather short as well. I don't really understand the boots of swiftness and last whisper rush, boots of swiftness isn't considered to be that good anymore, and rushing last whisper first when hardly anyone has armor will lower your damage output.
