- Quinn and Valor is the new character ADC League of Legends which was released Sunday, March 3, 2013 in the patch of the same date. This is a character from a distance that can hit harder (double damage) when the enemy has been targeted by valor thanks to the passive of Valor and Quinn (targeting priority champion and minions if there is no champion of valor wear (wear a little larger than valor)).

Pros:

+ Great Harassment early game

+ Amazing at chasing down foes

+ Passive makes last hitting easier

+ Vault can jump over walls to minons or over walls when cornered

+ Great for getting into and out of fights

+ Heightened Senses Keeps you safe in lane and cause be used to dash over walls with Vault to jungle minions.

+ The scope of Quinn is high enough for an attacker ADC

Cons:

- Can only dash to enemy targets

- Very Low base attack speed

- Long cooldown on

- Blind can be blocked by others and minions

My personal tactical for Quinn and Valor:

- Used the combot: E,Q and Based attack

- Used the Ultime (R) for find someone who flees and for escape the enemy

- Used your Passive for kill the sbire

- E activates the Passive
