Quinn is an Attck Damage carry, Quinn is an evolutive champion so its important to get kills and creep a lot. Its important to kept enemy carry unfeed.
A feed Attack Damage carry can be advantageous on late game.
At early game Quinn will do a low damage. If you do a good early game with a good ammount of farm Quinn can be so powerfull and unstoppable.
I did buy Quinn because I love ADC champions and I think it's my favourite lane and I will try to show you how to build ur Quinn champ.
Its not easy, as I say before farming is so important.

I try many ways to choose abilities and the best for me are these.
Level 1 :First to take Blinding Assault. So good against enemy carry. At level 1 it does a great damage and bling enemys in an area.
Level 2: Vault. Vault and Blinding Assault its a great combo and its deal a great Damage.
Level 3: Blinding Assault Again Blinding Assault for higher Damage.
Level 4: Heightened Senses I take this at level 4 because it can be so good versus in bush enemys or ganks.
Level 5: Blinding Assault Like I say before. More Damage
Level 6: tag team Ulti can be so helpfull to get enemy champions. Or to scape from a teamfight.
Level 7: Blinding Assault More Damage
Level 8: Heightened Senses
Level 9: Blinding Assault At this point Blinding Assault will be Level 5. So it deal a great ammount of dammage on enemy champions.
Level 10: Heightened Senses
Level 11: tag team
Level 12: Heightened Senses
Level 13: Vault
Level 14: Heightened Senses
Level 15: Vault
Level 16: tag team
Level 17: Vault
Level 18: Vault

Next to get to level 5 is Heightened Senses
A good combo is Blinding Assault + Vault + Heightened Senses PASIVE (Increase Quinn's attack speed by 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40% for 3 seconds).
If enemy scape or your almost to die or to lose a tower use tag team and chase your enemy or to scape.
Berserker's Greaves + tag team = 571 Momement speed with Valor.
I'm using 21/9/0 classic mastery page for an AD carry.
Offensive tree :
4 points in Alacrity, synergy with your passive and W, most of ADC relies a lot on AS.
2 points in Butcher, for a better last hitting.
4 points in Deadliness to unlock the ArmorPen mastery, gives you some AD too.
1 point in Weapon Expertise : huge mastery which will help you a lot until you get your Last Whisper, only way to destroy the enemy armor in %.
1 point in Destruction, better than the other mastery to unlock Lethality, it will help you take down turret faster since your AA range is very short.
2 point in Lethality, increase your critical damage, only way to improve it with IE.
1 point in Frenzy, scales with your passive and items.
2 points in Brute Force, some extra AD.
3 points in Sunder, free armor pen for early game.
Finally 1 point in Executioner, to finish off your opponents.
Defensive tree :
4 points in Durability, best to get, it provides you free HP/lvl runes which will make you tankier for late game.
3 points in Hardiness or 3 points in Resistance depending on your lane opponent if he's AD or AP.
1 point Veteran's Scar : Improve your laning phase trade ability.
Greater Mark of Lethality
Greater Seal of Armor
Greater Glyph of Magic Resist
Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage
- Greater Mark of Armor Penetration:
People tell me that Quinn need is Damage, I have tried Quinn with Greater Mark of Attack Damage but at late game Tankers can be so hard without Armor penetration items. At least if I start with Armor Penetration runes at late game I dont need them so hard like with Atack Damage Marks.
- Greater Seal of Armor:
Quinn is a weak champion so, if you put some deffence on she it well be so good.
- Greater Glyph of Magic Resist:
I say before, Quinn is weak against enemys.
START WITHQuinn is a slow Champ, I higly recommend to buy boots at beggining to dodge enemy atacks and go fastest to your lane.
Is important to farm all you can so if u get hurt just use one of this potions.
_____________________________________________________________________________________If you dont want to start with movement speed, then you should take some Damage, this is a normal start item from an ADC. It also can be helpfull to do a good farm.
Also, same at the other Start build, Health potions can be so good to have a great farm without back to base for low health.
_____________________________________________________________________________________If you want to start with higly Damage You can start with Doran's Blade. Doran's Blade give you some Damage and Health so its a good start too.
For Damage and Critical is the best item for Damage Carry.
Quinn have a low movement speed, so Phantom give you an adicional movement speed and a good attack speed to kill your enemys. So I can say that Phantom Dancer is really helpfull for all ADC.
Shield can be a good way to Protect you from a Secure kill
Teleports your Champion to target nearby location under your mouse cursor. Good to run away o to secure a Kill going away.
Can save you from a enemy Ignite or ultimate.
For Secure a Kill
If you haven't got a support with a heal skill this can be helpfull for you and teammates
Playing against Caitlyn: Be cawerfull because Caitlyn can be a hard opponent, is one of Quinn counters, so if they are at enemy Team play carefully.
Playing against Vayne: Thanks to Quiin Vault skill, Vayne can be chase easily. Quinn have a good Damage against Vayne so we can say Quinn counter Vayne.
Playing against Quinn: Nothing to say, deppend a lot of you and your support or his support. But try to evade Blinding Assault and if you want to go in. To try to kill She, make sure She got on he Blinding Assault so She can't deal damage on you.
