How about I counter your point with actual math instead of your worthless chart. LW vastly outclasses even pre-nerf BC with DPS per gold even on opponents without armor items. Now that BC was nerfed it's even worse off than before.

8 seconds, minus 20% CDR, is 6,4 seconds. So you can cast a spell (almost) every 3 seconds by spamming A/E/A/E.
That's not Ryze, but neither it is a long-CD champ.

About BC/LW, I already said that LW becomes better above 100 armor on enemies. Maybe you need some maths to prove you, so well...

What is long CD than? Triforce has 2s CD on it, if you can't cast something atleast every 4sec it's totally wasted.

Quinn doesn't have any AOE or multihit abilities, thus LW greatly outperforms BC.
