Hello, I'm OT and this my first guide and i'm trying new builds and items on Elise so when i finish the guide it will be the best possible guide i can make

Greater Glyph of Ability Power: to give Elise more power and make her fierce
Greater Mark of Magic Penetration: is more than good
Greater Seal of Armor: NO debut about the importance of armor seals
I find this runes better than playing with Greater Mark of Attack Speed because Greater Mark of Magic Penetration is better in every interval of the game and your Skittering Frenzy provides you with more than enough attack speed u need but u can change it if your playing style is about spending more time in jungle than out of it
you can also change the Greater Glyph of Ability Power with Greater Glyph of Magic Resist
and there is no debut about the Greater Seal of Armor
from the experience i got of trying different runes and masteries
this is the best runes and masteries i could reached
Skill SequenceVolatile Spiderling/ Skittering Frenzy first because it helps you in finishing your first camp faster due to the attack speed
Max Q Neurotoxin/ Venomous Bite because it's your main damage skill and make you secure kills 3:) easier
Then max your W Volatile Spiderling/ Skittering Frenzy because it's your secondary damage skill
BUT IF YOU ARE BEHIND AND YOU ARE GOING TO PLAY MORE LIKE DEFENSIVE
max your E Cocoon/ Rappel after maxing W to make the cooldown less , increase the stun duration and be more useful in the game than doing unnoticeable damage
Always put point on you R Spider Form when possible to increase the number of your baby lovely scary*** spiderlings
simple I've tried too many masteries and this is the most comfortable one to play
first in ferocity: i prefer Sorcery because u only need attack speed in the spider form and your W Skittering Frenzy provides u great attack speed (in the spider form).
Expose Weakness is the best choice because you are a jungler so most of the time u r not going 1v1 so it will be useful and better in ganks .
Natural Talent because your passive provides u enough life steal .
Oppressor because of your Cocoon and when u buy Rylai's Crystal Scepter it slows down the enemy (Y).
18 points in resolve is better than cunning because Strength of the Ages is so useful in finishing the camps early game without losing much hp and whenever you are low hp in jungle go get your self some hp from a camp .
5 points in Recovery is better choice than Unyielding because you buy magic resist and armor enough in game to make you able to fight anyone.
Explorer is very good because it makes u faster to reach your ganks or escape from one u failed badly in and u spend much time in jungle so you will notice that it is really useful while playing.
Runic Armor is better because Elise has life steal passive in her Spider Form and +45 health that Veteran's Scars provides you is not so attractive.
Insight reduces the cooldown of summoner spells by 15% so it's surly better than the
"hp base regeneration".
Creeping / Jungling
smite if colored yellow
usually i prefer to start at krugs
Blue buff then u invade the enemy's red camp because of your spiderlings spiderling and the attack speed from you W Skittering Frenzy you finish your camps faster than most of other junglers and thanks to insight Insight in your masteries you have 15% less cooldown for your smite so when u finish the blue buff go invade the enemy red buff stay in bush and try to steal the buff and stun the other jungler at the same time u have more skills than him u r lvl 3 with 2 forms he is lvl 2 with one form so it is guarnteed first blood if he flashes u have your rappel Rappel to follow him without wasting your flash or if he flashes under his turret flash after him kill him with Q Venomous Bite and use your Rappel to dodge the turret hits
or just be a chicken and finish gromp
And always ward the enemy's jungle and keep on invading other jungler's camps and take his camps to make him behind, elise is so good in invading because of her stun , escape and the 6 skills she have
Human Form: Elise's Human Form spells will ready a spiderling when cast on an enemy.
Spider Form: Elise summons her spiderlings to fight by her side. Spiderlings deal physical damage and take reduced damage from multi-target abilities. Cooldown: 6 Cost: 80 / 85 / 90 / 95 / 100 Range: 650
Neurotoxin:(human form) Elise launches a blast of corrosive poison at target enemy, dealing magic damage plus 4% of target's current health (+3% per 100 AP) as bonus damage. This means it deals more damage for high hp than it deals for low hp
Venomous Bite: (spider form)Elise lunges forward and bites her target, dealing magic damage plus 8% of target's missing health (+3% per 100 AP) as bonus damage . This means that it deals more damage to low hp and it's enough to finish on any champion with low hp
Cooldown: 12 Cost: 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 Range: 950
Volatile Spiderling: Elise releases a venom-gorged Spiderling that explodes after 3 seconds or when it nears a target, dealing (+80% of ability power) as magic damage.
Skittering Frenzy: Elise and her Spiderlings passively gain Attack Speed. On activation, the Attack Speed of Elise and her Spiderlings is increase for 3 seconds.
Cocoon: Elise fires a web that stuns the first enemy hit for 1.6 / 1.7 / 1.8 / 1.9 / 2 seconds. It will also reveal that enemy for a second.
Rappel: On enemy cast: Elise reveals nearby enemy targets, while she and her spiderlings lift up into the air, and then descend upon the target enemy.
On ground cast: Elise reveals nearby enemy targets while she and her Spiderlings lift up into the air, becoming untargetable for 2 seconds. During that time she can cast Rappel again to descend upon a nearby enemy.
Upon landing, the bonus damage and healing from Elise's Spider Form attacks is increased by 40 / 55 / 70 / 85 / 100% for 5 seconds.
Cooldown: 4 sec.
Spider Form: Elise transforms into a menacing spider with new abilities. While in Spider Form, Elise deals (+20% of ability power) bonus magic damage, heals herself for (+10% of ability power) on attack and gains 25 Movement Speed.
Human Form: Elise transforms into a human form with new abilities.
Each level of her ultimate allows Elise to summon an additional spiderling up to a maximum of 5 spiderlings
Each spiderling has 85 / 95 / 105 / 115 / 125 / 135 / 145 / 160 / 175 / 190 / 210 / 230 / 250 / 275 / 300 / 325 / 355 / 390 health, deals 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 (+15% of ability power) magic damage on attack and takes 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 % less damage from multi-target abilities.
