I think the mana regen helps for more sustain and occassionally casting bloodboil before the passive procs, although if I were to go that route I would instead just take the attack speed runes over magic penetration. Thanks for the recommendation I'll definately try it.

Due to your passive I would recommend not putting points in mana and mana regen in your mastery page. If you are careful to basic attack 5 times before every other skill when jungle clearing you should find yourself with plenty of mana leftover for ganks and such. Put them in movement speed or something else more useful.

In terms of your item build, don't put every single item alternative in the cheat sheet, either make separate builds or list them further down in your guide with only the most common build in your cheat sheet. That will make things much simpler, trust me.

Also, I love invading wraiths at the start and just eating the big one, its fairly safe unless the enemy jungler starts wraiths, and gives you a slight, yet useful advantage over them.

I prefer getting blood boil at level 3 just to move more quickly between camps and to possibly initiate a gank more effectively.
