I think it is a decent build. But for me it lacks a bit survivability im sad i dont see a Zhonya's in the build. Futhermore I think you didnt put any effort in telling us why you build him this way or why we should. No explanation at all on the champion either. I find this build lacking in any single way.

Maybe it´s just me but with 2K health and not even 100 armour, you will die on a first carry that will decide, you are too troublesome so at least short notice (i know it´s a build and not guide but anyway) about switching Voidstaff/Scepter for Sunfire(don´t really like it but it´s cheap includes both stats you are missing)/Randuin(early HoG help´s a lot active is really good on Rumble and again HP and Armor)/Zhonya(not my personal favourite but probably way to go if you are inclining more for dmg ahan durability) would he nice.
Also Indominable is pretty meh (wow i´ve got a hit for 1000 dmg, but np i have indominable os it´s only 998) and Evasion isn´t that good for 3 points i know it looks goos, especialy in combination with Honour Guard but 3 points are too high price and (i know i am a bad person) you are missing health to make it really work. Investing those points imho HP masteries would imho better (it´s basically free yellow per lvl for free) and with it you´ll get around 2,5K HP- absolute minimum for such a close ranged champion.
Another more:
1) Improved ignite will probably do more for you than one (ONE) point of AP
2) It looks. like you are buying WotA as your last item i´d recomend at least that early Hextech helps a lot in lanin phase
3) dorans shield is... well if you are laning agains (let´s say) GP or Garen, you are our of a game boots and pots can help you throught first few levels where´s Rumble in his weakest, i know it´s armour and that HP regen look good with Vigour but there is still too much champions that can harras a *** out of you imho
4) also try ghost instead of flash, this is strongly on personal prefference but after flash nerf... i dunno looks like it´s not doing that much for me any longer
WOW that looks like a lot of criticism but it´s not, i used to run almost simillar build like you and it´s still quite viable, all that **** above is like 10% difference, but especially in solo queue at solo top, every poit couns )
