Great guide. Just 3 things I'd like to say though.
1) For your masteries, you can't get Dangerous Game unless you max out Executioner.
2) Dragon's decent isn't really a "High CC", actually, it's quite a con to Shyvana, she has no CC save that split second knockback.
3) Just towards your item build, I feel that Bloodthirster isn't a good choice. Hydra is great on her, if they're tanky then go BOTRK (9 times out of 10 I go BOTRK anyways). If they are super tanky then Last whisperer is much better than just the flat damage BT.
Other than that. It really is a good guide, you did a good job

I think there is a small alteration that you can make to ganking. If I remember correctly is an Auto-attack reset. So you could add an auto-attack and then to increase the damage amount.
