at the moment im using the standard ap runes on rakan because i like it at the most,but you can still use in the glyphs cdr per level or flat cdr :)

Hello Im Vantax Gold 3 Player and im playing rakan in the jungle. Its an exotic pick but can be very strong if you are playing it correctly. I played some different builds and i will present it for you Summoners :)
