This is mine rammmus build,focus lies on armour health and cooldown reduction its very different from normal rammus build i will explain later on why this works.

First of all this build is only for 3vs3 because your missing health to tank on 5vs5 also this build will only work if the enemy team was stupid enough not to take any mage such as veigar, morgana, malzahar you get the picture. If found that many times on 3vs3 are only mellee champs such as tirademere, jax, olaf etc.. so when thats the case try this build.

You must be all thinking wtf why a frozenheart and why a randiums omen why dont you just stack sunfires. well the answer is not very simple Rammmus is very mana hungry throuhout the match wich is very anoying if your just standing usseless when your opponont are owning your teamates because you cant taunt them believe me it happens. Thats why a frozen heart is nice it give you just about enough mana also 99 armour and slowing the atk speed of your opponenets gives great surviability no to mentions cooldown reduction.

Randuim omen is nice dont really have to explain that one also i think thornmail is pretty clear.

so why would rammus want some cooldown reduction anyway, rammus probally has one of the best taunts in the game the only con is a long cooldown with 40% cooldown reduction you will have the following cooldowns

powerbal:
Defensive Ball Curl:
Puncturing Taunt: 5,4sec
Tremors:

the main thing is the cool down on your taunt which will allow you together with powerball to chase enemies taunt them slow them and taunt them again wich will make is impossible for them to get away and also removing threats from team fight.

with this build into powerbal you will roughly have 650 armour wich means 162 bonus damage+
102 base = 264 damage making you a solid dps in team fights not to mention damage from tremors defensive ball thorn mail.

Enough about my build lets talk game play

When running away: always make sure to ghost first to get out of range of minnions and champions after a few secs go into powerball and none can catch you.

when chasing: chasing is gonna take some skill but basically you spin into them taunt defensive ball tremors taunt, powerball defensive ball, lets hope your teammates are there now to pickup the kill.

in teamfights: your the tank its your job to initiate the fight don't be stupid or silly, your are a tank but you can still die, make sure your team mates are close powerbal in to slow all of them, defensive curve first them taunt tremors and radiums. taunt runners if needed.
