I love this build because it gives tons of AP and armor.

With Rammus's passive, 25% of his total armor is converted to AD(Attack Damage). Doing the math, this means that he would get a total boost of 92 AD. Thats a big boost.

Doing more calculations... well lets skip the boring part and just say that his final will do somewhere around 2880 total damage over the 8 seconds (If they stay in its range) so how do we keep them in range? Slow them of course! Rylai's Crystal Scepter will slow them each wave that rammus produces.

On another note, the scepter also makes it so that the damage dealt back by the ThornMail also slows them. Funny aint it? Attacking someone slows you.

If you happen to use defensive ball curl (Which i can bet money you will want to) your AD is upped to 232 and even more of the damage they do to you is dealt back. it's useful in team battles after initiating with Power Ball.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot. Your AP is added to your AD for one attack after using an ability. It works real well after using defensive ball curl for a damage bonus. (Around 544 Damage that hit)
