Introduction
I made this on a whim and I'm gonna test it soon enough. And when I've tested it I'll uppdate it and tell you if it works in jungle.
The reason why I took those runes are, to be honest, pretty much standard runes for every jungle in the game, and is quite good on a tank beacuse he need the health, armor and magic resist.
I can actaully say, if you feel like you wanna be stronger at lvl 1 already vs casters like Leblanc and such, you could take other runes, like, flat magic resist instead of magic resist per level.
And the armor penetration runes is quite a good quiestion to see if they really work or not, and I'll post uppdates if I find any better way of doing it.

The reason why I took Flash and Smite is actually quite basic.
Smite is yes for almost every jungle guy in the game, because it gives you the extra boost in damage that you need. It gives you a bonus on 445 true damage if I remember right.
Flash, yeah, even after the nerf, it's still a very good summoner spell, but you can take stuff like, ghost and cleanse instead, but you will always need on ability that you uses to flee with.
