Your runes seem strange to me. I'm sure they work out eventually, but per level health quints seems subpar due to how weak Rammus' base health actually is. I'm sure the flat health glyphs make up for it, but then you really flop to casters early.
Also, no Taunt maxed first? BLASPHEMY! Three second taunt, bro, why not?
You may want to make note of how to be actuely aware of the enemy team and who's doing well. Generally, your item path is fine if your entire enemy team is smart, but if their AP carries are doing poorly then it's generally pointless to invest in MR especially if their AD carry is causing your team grief. It's less about the number of AD/AP carries on a team and more about how many of them are actually doing anything. If you're unsure, just build a fast Aegis of the Legion, which is what I tend to do most of the time.

All of this is true and i agree on the items, and as i say you need to go down the path that fits the situation better, i also would like to explain my skills, i like not dying early on so i get defensive ball curl just incase i need some extra MR and Defense, getting taunt is more offensive, and i like being more defensive

Warmog's wont help your Armor... Thus, no AD. I suggest build straight armor because....
If they can't penetrate that armor... not much damage dealt... :)

Defensive ball curl at level one is really unrecomended. Its not like you are the only target to be aimed.
FON too late. Shift it earlier, after your thornmail. The base regen should be enough, and you probably will need the MR.
Sunfire cape has weak stats. You may go close to your opponent, but its unlikely you get that close most of the time.
Atma's? For? Its still way too low damage to be much use.
Greed sucks. It gives 180 gold at the 30min mark.

Thank you very very much, I will try some other things and see if they work better, also I have changed my skill selection to having 1 in powerball and then alternating between taunt and defensive ball curl, thank you very much for commenting, exactly what i wanted.
