Why this build ?

This build is not what rammus is meant to be. He is a tank not an assassin. But this build still works well in late game. Your W bring you to 200 armor and magic resist and ur R pwn hard in team fights. AFTER 8 SEC OF ULT, THE AP RATIO IS EQUAL TO A TOTAL OF 240%. I had some really great games with this (12/3/9), so try it and have fun :D
