This build strongly emphasizes on Rammus's 25% armor to damage conversion and a fairly high hp. Although the damage is only 102 at level 18 you will see a bonus of 117 from armor and 70 from HP. This will give you a total of 289 damage. Going along with this you will have a 468.22 armor and 141.64 magic resist. This equates to 82.4% physical resistance and 58.6% magic resistance. Another way of looking at it would be 19,818 physical HP or 8,425 magic HP. Another big plus will be the 172.4 HP per 5 seconds. The main negatives you will notice are: slow movement and high price items. You could technically swap out one of the items for for a Ninja Tabi or Berserker Greaves. The bonus you receive off items are as follows:

UNIQUE Passive: Physical attacks deal an additional 2% of your max Health in damage.
UNIQUE Passive: Restores 0.35% of your champion's health every second.
UNIQUE Passive: Reduces ability cooldowns by 25% and reduces the attack speed of nearby enemies by 20%.
UNIQUE Passive: On being hit by standard attacks, returns 30% of damage taken as magic damage.
UNIQUE Passive: 15% Cooldown Reduction and 20% chance on being hit to slow the attacker's movement and attack speeds by 25% for 3 seconds.
UNIQUE Active: Slows movement speeds and attack speeds of surrounding units by 35% for 2 seconds + 0.5 seconds for each 100 Armor and Magic Resist. 60 second cooldown.
UNIQUE Passive: Permanently gain 3.6 Health and .5 Health Regen per 5 sec per minion kill. Champion kills grant 36 Health and 5 Health Regen per 5 sec. Bonuses cap at +450 Health, and +62.5 Health Regen per 5.
