This build is pretty straight forward. It is a solid tanker build that really keys in on the fact you dont have to go back to base to heal up again, a problem i often encounter with rammus. This way you have great health and mana regen and a beefy armor/Mr build. It works very well solo 1v2 laning. I usually get double kill just with shell and tremor. As for the marks its up to you i put in both fortitude and desolation because not everyone wants a 100% defensive rune build so there is some options there. Ive won loads of game as rammus with this build its almost undefeatable if you play it right. Also Heal is my fav spell with him because you can save your teamates and surpise people who try to tower dive on you. Its wicked with rammus taunt.
